Accompanied by president Hu, the delegation visited the DE&E Industry 4.0 Smart Factory, and witnessed the first-class intellectual manufacturing technology and large-scale production capacity of DE&E Smart Home.

The lecturers of DE&E Smart Home introduced the factory in detail. DE&E large-scale smart factory, which costs 700 million yuan and produces 2 million sets of kitchen appliances per year, is one of the largest and most advanced smart factories in the kitchen appliances industry at present. Based on automation equipment and Internet of Things technology, it realizes digitalization and intelligence of the whole production process, truly realizes efficient interconnection of all links and zero resource loss, and has won unanimous recognition and praise from visiting guests.

The lecturer also introduced that the high-end intelligent exhibition hall of DE&E Smart Home is being comprehensively upgraded. The new exhibition hall will take immersive experience as the core, take digitalization as the technological means, add art design, comprehensively display the innovation and development history of DE&E Smart Home, present diversified products of DE&E and REBON, and show the strength, culture and development achievements of DE&E Smart Home in multiple dimensions.

Create a New Engine for Industrial Development

After the visit, the two sides held in-depth talks to discuss the future development.

In the next negotiation, Hu Guoshuai, president of DE&E Smart Home, said that DE&E Smart Home attached great importance to the cooperation with AYD.

First, the 30th anniversary of the founding of both sides, with similar development stages and business philosophy, laid a solid foundation for cooperation;

Second, in the past, the problems of "low overlapping rate of business areas" between the two sides are ripe for cooperation.

Third, relying on the DE&E Group's own advantages in R&D, production and sales, and combining with the operational experience of mature majors of AYD, speeding up the development of blank areas is an important part of the strategic layout planning of DE&E Smart Home, promoting the formation of an "iron triangle" among brands, channels and distributors, giving full play to their advantages and better achieving win-win results among the three parties.
