Elasticity Modulus Test

Four panels of the same size, were put into the professional machine to test the static strength. We got the corresponding static strength value. The flexural strength of Rebon reed particleboard is 29.01MPa, obviously higher than other boards. It shows that Rebon reed particleboard are stronger to resist deformation, and can bear more loading.

Just to make it more intuitive, we have four adult men (about 290kg) stand on the reed particleboard. As we can see, the Rebon reed particleboard did not deform when bearing 4 people, while ordinary boards bearing 185kg were crushed. Rebon reed particleboard can carry 105kg more than ordinary boards.

Nail-Holding Ability

Four boards of the same size, were put separately on the professional machine to test the grip force. The corresponding value of grip force is obtained, the grip force of the reed board is 1535N, higher than other boards.

It means the nails are less likely to come off when they're nailed to the Rebon reed particleboard. Furniture made of Rebon reed particleboard is more load-bearing.
