After the epidemic, people are more and more aware of the importance of home health and environmental protection, but despite this, it is still difficult to avoid the infringement of formaldehyde in home furniture, because it generally exists in decoration materials, such as customized cabinets and wardrobes on the market, which often contain a certain degree of formaldehyde.
REBON skin-friendly board adopts the most environmentally-friendly ecological adhesive at present, perfectly avoiding the commonly used urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive rich in formaldehyde in the market. The environmental protection standard has reached the international ENF grade with the highest environmental protection requirements for formaldehyde, no formaldehyde and odor, healthy and environmentally friendly. This MDI eco-adhesive is a cutting-edge polymer synthetic material. Because of its excellent safety and stability, it is widely used in heart valves, artificial blood vessels, artificial joint materials and so on.
Skin-Friendly Nanotechnology, More Silky

This is mainly due to the combination of HF nano-coating and AF surface treatment technology of REBON skin-friendly board, which makes the pores of the board densely filled, the coating film is plump, and the hand feels smooth and delicate. Scratch Resistance: AF technology uses a special evaporation method, the hardness of the board surface is as high as 8H, and it is not afraid of violent scratches by coins; imported high-toughness materials can restructure the microscopic surface structure, and self-repair for minor scratches.
Deformation Resistance: The structure of the base material is precisely designed by the computer, and the density is higher and more stable; the adhesion of the paint film reaches the highest standard of grade 0, and it will not segregate after long-term use; the double-sided coating is treated with hard reinforcement technology, and the finish is not deformed.
Corrosion Resistance: AF+HF dual-technology spraying technology forms a surface protection layer, which reaches the highest level 5 corrosion resistance standard, waterproof, moisture-proof and oil-proof, and does not leave fingerprints in daily use.
High Temperature Resistance: 4-level high temperature resistance technology, 300-500 ℃ single point high temperature burning for 60 seconds without damage, the performance can stand the test.
Finger Stain Resistance: AF anti-fingerprint technology, dense coating layer, good hydrophobicity and oil repellency, anti-fingerprint and anti-oil adhesion. Daily use does not leave fingerprints, long-term use is not greasy.
REHAU Edge Banding Technology
Many furniture uses glue to bond edge bands and panels, and there are obvious glue lines and gaps at the joints, which can easily become a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses. Moreover, these corners are difficult to clean daily, and over time, they can easily become a major threat to health.
